Educated in fine dining at the Culinary Institute in NY, Roy has experienced the ups and downs of the fine dining industry. In 2009, this food truck pioneer brought the Kogi food truck to the streets of LA to feed the city he loves.

Inspired by Roy's popularity on the streets and in his casual and trendy restaurants around Los Angeles, this restaurant pulls from the varied menus featuring local suppliers. As his many other locations have a casual vibe, CHOI provides a twist on the upscale dining experience. 

 

With one large chefs table, guests have the choice to dine with a family of friendly strangers or reserve for a private party. Enjoying a 10 course meal provided by Roy Choi himself.
